1. Customized Products
All our products are printed based on the details provided by the customer, including size, material, design, and content. As these items are unique and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the printing process has started.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Reprint
While we strive to meet your expectations, we understand that issues may arise. You may be eligible for a refund or reprint in the following cases:

Incorrect Size or Material: If the final product differs from the size or material specified by the customer at the time of ordering.

Printing Errors: If there are significant differences between the approved design and the final printed product, such as incorrect colors, layout, or finishing that is not due to errors in the customer’s provided files.

Damaged During Delivery: If the product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund or Reprint
To request a refund or reprint, please follow these steps:

4. Cases Where Refunds or Reprints Are Not Allowed
Refunds or reprints will not be provided in the following situations:

Customer Errors: If the mistake in the final product results from incorrect details provided by the customer, such as spelling errors, wrong sizes, or incorrect design files.

Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color between digital proofs and printed products are normal due to variations in display screens and printers and are not eligible for refunds.

Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be issued if the customer decides to cancel the order after the printing process has begun.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.
